How it works
- We offer an online payment facility for all our patients.
- Please submit the patient's name, your details and the payment details using the form below.
- You will receive a receipt of payment by email from Stripe.
- You will also receive an email with a copy of the info you submitted.
- All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store any credit card details.
- If you need to amend or change any details, it is best to phone us directly on 01 802 4150.
